Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• Registration is subject to availability and acceptance
• We reserve the right to refuse registration to any individual
• Security clearance verification may be required for restricted sessions
• One registration per person; transfers are not permitted without approval

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of registration
• All fees are in USD or EUR unless otherwise specified
• Payment must be made by credit card or approved payment method
• Registration is not confirmed until payment is received and processed

Pricing and Fees

• Conference fees are subject to change without notice
• Early bird and group discounts may be available for limited periods
• Additional fees may apply for optional services, workshops, or technical demonstrations
• All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Cancellation Policy

Code of Conduct

All participants must adhere to our Code of Conduct:

• Treat all participants with respect and professionalism
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
• Respect intellectual property, confidentiality, and sensitive information
• Follow all venue rules, security protocols, and Malaysian laws
• Comply with health and safety guidelines
• Respect restricted areas and classified information protocols

Access and Security

• Valid registration and government-issued identification required for entry
• Conference badges must be worn visibly at all times during the event
• Enhanced security screening may be required at venue entrances
• Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, and unauthorized recording devices
• Special access credentials required for restricted technical demonstrations
• Non-disclosure agreements may be required for certain sessions

Photography and Recording

• Photography and recording may occur during public Conference sessions
• By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded in public areas
• Unauthorized recording of sessions is strictly prohibited
• Recording of technical demonstrations and classified materials is forbidden
• We reserve the right to use images and recordings for promotional purposes

Conference Content

• All conference materials, presentations, and content are protected by copyright
• Speakers and presenters retain rights to their presentations and research
• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of materials is prohibited
• Conference proceedings may be published with appropriate attribution
• Technical specifications and defence-related materials are subject to additional restrictions

Trademarks and Branding

• GDAS2025 and related marks are our trademarks
• Use of our trademarks requires prior written permission
• Participants may not imply endorsement without authorization
• Third-party trademarks are property of their respective owners

Confidentiality

• Participants must maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the conference
• Defence and aviation-related technical data is subject to export control regulations
• Non-disclosure agreements may be required for certain sessions and demonstrations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, GDAS2025 and its organizers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage (except where caused by our negligence)
• Acts or omissions of third-party speakers, vendors, or service providers
• Accidents during technical demonstrations or exhibition activities

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, terrorism, political instability, venue unavailability, or restrictions imposed by defence or aviation authorities.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GDAS2025, its organizers, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in the Conference, violation of these Terms, or breach of confidentiality agreements.
